Lunch: 5 slices of cheddar-cheese, 5 salty crackers, 1 small apple
Dinner: 10 fl oz tuna-fish(canned in water), 10 fl oz beetroot, 10 fl oz cauliflower, 5 fl oz honey melon, 5 fl oz vanilla ice-cream.
Like mentioned before it is very important to follow this diet like it is written above, if it is altered in any way it may not work for you.
Now you will learn why this diet is not healthy. First of all it makes you lose weight faster than the body can burn fat. Even if you drink a lot, the weight loss will consist of 20% fat, 40% water and 40% lean muscle. So let's say that you lost 5 pounds, according to the percentage above you lost 1 pound of fat, 2 pounds of water weight and 2 pounds of lean muscle. Did you want to lose that much muscle? Probably not. All of the diets making you lose more than 1-2 pounds per week will burn your muscle mass for energy.
Now, why is that? The body saves the fat stored in your body for a rainy day (starvation period) and if you are on a diet and don't exercise and use your muscle to the fullest extent your body figures that the muscle is not necessary to save and it will start using it for energy.
The diet above could be executed once a week but it will not give you a long-lasting weight loss. To lose weight for good you have to compose your menu to have the right amount of protein, the right kinds of fat and some great carbs. Those three nutrients cover our total calorie intake. To be a successful dieter(meaning that the fat is burnt and not the muscle) you should reduce your calorie intake by 10-20% and increase your calorie consumption, and how do you do that? Well, you have to start exercising and do some weight-lifting.
Now you know how to lose weight fast (I guarantee that the menu above works) so stop looking for any more fast weight loss diets. You also know why a fast weight loss is only a temporary weight loss and most important, you know that there are no shortcuts to get rid of those extra pounds. It is really a really easy equation: (Calorie intake) - (Calorie burnt) = weight loss/gain. Simple? Yes! But it is not that easy to achieve because it requires some fundamental change of attitude towards foods, exercise and body.
If you decide to go on the diet explained, do so as a lifesaver for now, but stop procrastinating and start to lose weight the right way after this panic weight loss.

It's hard to read magazines or watch television without coming across an advertisement for some weight loss pill. You can even find them in your email inbox or as banner advertisements on your favorite websites. There are so many different brands and products that it can be hard to tell which are good.

If you feel you need that extra push, diet pills and supplements may help, but be sure you consult your doctor before taking them and do your research to find the ones that will work best for you.
Only authentic hoodia gordonii has the potential ability to suppress appetite. Unfortunately, the majority of the hoodia supplements and products on the market today contain very little of it - if any at all! Supplements are unregulated so it's buyer beware. You can't assume a product contains authentic hoodia just because it says it does.
There are several things to look for to ensure that the diet product you are buying contains authentic hoodia. The two most important are CITES certificates and independent lab test results. You'll find these documents on the websites of those companies who sell authentic hoodia diet products. If you can't find these, it is very likely that the product doesn't contain authentic hoodia gordonii. I could not find these documents on any website that sells or promotes hoodia pops. That is a major red flag.
The other issue is the amount of hoodia in hoodia pops. Most experts agree that most people will need 2,250-3,000mg of hoodia gordonii per day in order for it to effectively suppress appetite. Again, after looking through several websites selling hoodia pops, I could not determine how much hoodia is in them. This is another red flag.
Based on my research and experience with hoodia products for over a year now, these lollipops likely have less than 200mg of hoodia gordonii per sucker - and that's being generous. The amount is likely much lower than that. And again, this is assuming that the hoodia is authentic in the first place, which we don't know for sure. This small amount of hoodia isn't nearly enough to effectively suppress appetite. You'd have to suck on several lollipops all day long to get enough hoodia to effectively suppress appetite!
Having said all this, there is a chance that these hoodia pops could suppress appetite work in the short term. These lollipops may have a placebo effect. If you are told they work, you might actually convince yourself that they do! Thus, you may convince yourself that you feel full after you suck on them. However, this placebo effect doesn't last forever. The other possibility is that the simple act of having something in your mouth may keep you occupied and keep your mind off food.
The bottom line is Hollywood and its celebrities may think hoodia pops help with weight loss, but I'm not convinced. In my opinion these are just overpriced lollipops with a lot of hype. There is no harm in trying them yourself, but just don't expect much!

You want to prevent the body from storing too much fat. By incorporating exercise, fiber, and low fat foods, you cut off the supply of fat that is available to collect in those areas of the body that you want to slim down, like love handles and buttocks.
Keep away from fried foods especially deep-fried as this contains the greatest amount of fat. Don't think that eating chicken, fish, or lean beef will avoid the fat problem. Fish, chicken, and beef will load your body with fat if deep fried. It's not the meat type that is the problem or solution, it is how it is cooked. It is recommended for those on strict diet to opt for grilled or baked meat to eliminate much of the fat as opposed to deep frying. Even using this low fat method of cooking, you should also opt for smaller portions of meat than you have been eating. Gradually, begin eating more veggies and less meat and potatoes at main meals.
Drink lots of water but don't drown yourself. If you are exercising daily, drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Drink less if you are not exercising. At least four glasses are day is good because weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes. Water is a great fat eliminator and your body must stay hydrated. By the way, a diet drink is not water. It contains water but also contains chemicals. Drink only water for now.
As for diet pills, be very careful. Again, get your doctor's advice. He may prescribe a water pill, for example, to get rid of excess water weight. The fat will be eliminated with diet and exercise not by using pills.
Discipline and consistency are still the keys to weight loss success. Light dieting, workout, and right amount of supplementation applied in a regular way everyday will result in faster weight loss and keeping it off. Having the right mind set will keep you from backsliding into your old habits and putting the pounds back on.
