Cellulite Diets - Can They Reduce Cellulite Naturally?

Cellulite removal can be reached in a wide variety of ways -- from applying anti-cellulite creams to doing full celulite exercises to intense lymphatic massage. However, one technique that doesn't get as much attention as it should is cellulite diets.

Eliminating cellulite through dieting is a treatment that actually works for most people. Because our bodies react to what we eat, reducing the intake of certain fat & toxin inducing foods will do wonders for the removal of cellulite. With this particular method, the important thing to remember is that not just any diet will work. The diet has to be a specially crafted anti-cellulite diet with the sole purpose of reducing & preventing cellulite accumulation in the body.

Foods That Should Be Included in Your Cellulite Diets
-----------------------------------------------------
1. Fish- Fatty fish and fish oils contain fat that is actually good for the body, unlike most other meat products, such as pork and beef. On the other hand, small portions of lean meats, such as poultry, can be quite helpful in reducing cellulite.

2. Water & Juices- Drink water to regularly flush the body of toxins, then drink vegetable juice with your meals to rejuvenate the body with vitamins, minerals, and of course, antioxidants. It may be hard to get off the sodas, but by switching to water & vegetable juice, you stand a much better chance reaching your cellulite reduction goals.

3. Fruits & Vegetables- You can't go wrong with adding hearty portions of fruits & vegetables to your meals. Try eating produce that is high in antioxidants (brightly colored) for even better, more impressive results. You don't have to become a vegetarian when on anti cellulite diets, but you definitely need to begin eating more fruits and vegetables with all your meals -- and even in between meals as snacks.

4. Beans, Peas, and Legumes- These different food items will strengthen and reduce inflammation in the connective tissue just under the skin & around the cellulite. When connective tissue is strengthened, cellulite is less likely to appear.

Foods That Should Be Avoided When On Cellulite Diets
-----------------------------------------------------
Animal Fat- Saturated fats are not in any way good for your cellulite reduction goals. Therefore, reduce the overall amount of animal fats you eat -- except for fatty fish of course, as that is very good for you. If you do choose to eat meat, make sure all of the fat is properly removed before cooking. Also, you should consider switching to baking and/or grilling food as opposed to frying it.

Caffeine- Unless it is in a cellulite treatment cream, caffeine should not be allowed into the body. Caffeine from beverages -- soda & soft drinks, coffee, tea, and other carbonated drinks -- decreases blood circulation, which in turn allows for easily "waste storage". And in case you didn't know, more waste storage leads to more cellulite. So basically, if you can avoid caffeine, you will be able to avoid cellulite build up to some degree.

Junk Food and Sugar Ladened Products- If you want to get rid of cellulite, you're going to have to take a hit in the sweet-tooth department. All the sugar, snack food, junk food, etc. has got to go. These food and drink items play a humongous role in the creation of cellulite, as all the calories and harmful toxins ingested get stored in the fat cells within just a short period of time. By reducing your overall junk food intake, you stand a much larger chance of reducing cellulite efficiently.

These items are only a small portion of what should be eaten and/or avoided when trying to get rid of celulite through cellulite diets.
